Who we Were

Metavallo Ltd was a boutique, founder-led change and delivery consultancy supporting organisations at moments of genuine complexity and uncertainty.


We worked with leaders when programmes stall, confidence dips, or existing delivery approaches are no longer serving the organisation. Our role wasnot to add volume or impose templates, but to bring experienced judgement, clarity, and steady support where it’s needed most.


Metavallo operated on a high-trust, expert-led model. All work was delivered directly by senior practitioners, without delegation to large teams or junior consultants. Engagements are bespoke, pragmatic, and focused on addressing the right problems — not simply increasing activity.


Our work spanned change and delivery advisory, portfolio governance and assurance, capability building, and one-to-one coaching for change leaders. We were often invited in as an independent perspective, helping leadership teams regain control, align stakeholders, and move forward with greater confidence.
